Shipment
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items you ordered and your shipping information. Please check it carefully (country, street number, company name, unit...). Contact us immediately if there is an error. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
SHIPMENT
Express delivery areas: Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Shipping logistics providers: DHL, UPS, THT, FedEx, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, Yanwen
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 working days Orders will be processed as soon as they are received, but delays may occur during peak periods (holidays, major sales promotions, etc.).
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or if your package is being inspected by customs. There may be a delay of up to 5 working days in special situations. We are not responsible for late deliveries or non-deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email to confirm your order details. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, order date and time, order status and tracking numbers for shipped items. You can track the shipment after 24 hours on the carrier's official website.
Once it arrives in your country, the local postal service will take over the delivery. This means that you can track your package on your local postal service's website using the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the package could not be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first for more information.

Please note that shipment tracking is active for 60 days. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to help you.
DELIVERY
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. Should an item be damaged during transit, contact info@caressenz.com within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
If your order was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damage.
If possible, document any delivery issues (damaged/wet package, torn/bent products...) to the carrier when you receive your order.
